Ralph’s work has received some of advertising’s highest accolades, ranging from multiple Cannes Lions Grand Prix to winning Australia’s first ever D&AD Black Pencil.

He was one of the core creative brains behind Queensland Tourism’s ‘Best job in the World’ campaign, judged to be one of the greatest PR campaigns in history. This catapulted Ralph into the number one ranked art director in the world.

His high level of conceptual thinking coupled with exceptional craft skills continues to ensure his work delivers powerful impact, whatever the project. Awards, however, do not drive Ralph. Rather, he focuses on producing great work with his clients, which has often led to industry acknowledgement and a big night out on the town with everyone involved.

Ralph’s creative experience and award successes have lead to many judging roles across local and international award shows award shows, sitting as jury head or category judge.
